Ark-Klens	A blend of benzalkonium chloride selected for its safety of use. Kills a wide range of bacteria , some fungi and some viruses. Suitable for disinfection of cages, food and water bowls etc. Ideal for the disinfection of aquarium equipment, nets etc, (rinsed before use). Can be used at a lower dose in small treatment baths for conditions such as Bacterial Gill Disease. Toxicity to fish is increased in soft water so treatment levels should be halved and used with care. Can be used to wipe the shells of terrapins to help clear algae from the shell. Also suitable for use in incubators and to wash birds eggs. Can be used to wipe the eyes and as an aid to shedding in snakes which can be wiped with the solution (follow dilution instructions). Virkon is a pink powder which is soluble in warm water; it has a built in pink colour potency indicator. It is non-irritant to eyes and skin at 1% in-use dilution.
